    My Madden 21 Wishlist (Gameplay Oriented)

    In no particular order:

    1. Stop the AI defense from lining up in a goal line formation just bc I'm inside their 5. If I'm in Gun Empty Base, the AI should come out in a formation geared towards shutting down the pass. It's too easy to score with a simple slant route bc the AI doesn't recognize offensive formations.

    2. Quarterback scrambling should be tied to playbook, scheme and scrambling trait, not whether scrambling is the highest archetype or not. Lamar never does non-designed scrambles bc improvisor is his primary archetype. Designed QB runs need to be called a little bit more. QB rushing in simulation stats needs to be higher as well.

    3. More even injury distribution among player groups. I have yet to see an OL injury and rarely see DL ones. Running back injuries need to be toned down especially if I'm doing a RBBC approach.

    4. Linebackers shouldn't be able to throw a hand up at the exact time a pass is thrown towards them while they aren't facing the QB (aka "eyes in the back of his head" defense). This is the "psychic defense" that needs to be fixed.

    5. Enforcer ability needs to be nerfed. Needs no further explanation.

    6. Scripted blocked punts/kicks. If I'm going to get blocked have it be at normal game speed. The theatrical slowdown so you know you're about to get blocked/almost blocked is cheesy and takes away the element of surprise.

    7. This may be an unpopular opinion but QBs should have the same fumble chance as other positions, esp since Lamar, your next cover athlete, had only 2 lost fumbles this past regular season. Even when holding R1 to protect the ball QBs still fumble at ridiculous rates. I've been able to shut down escape artist QBs with well executed contains, spys and blitzes so the idea that mobile QBs are "unstoppable" so they should be arbitrarily punished with excess fumble chances is dumb.
