| Need Help for Franchise Transfer Posted: 28 Apr 2021 12:35 AM PDT I got a PS5, and did a data transfer and downloaded cloud save just in case, but only one of three cloud leagues came through. Posted: 27 Apr 2021 08:03 PM PDT PS4 Sim League (comp style but semi-strict rules, NO SPAMMERS OR HEAVY RUNNERS), 48 hour advance (sooner if all games are played early) when you join read the bot message and read the rules, you will be invited ASAP, just be active for scheduling your games and don't rage quit the league. We have 29/32 users and are in year 4 WEEK 10. We are active and have many interactive members and a good time. (open teams) Broncos: SS Lock, Fant, 96 speed KJ Hamler, XF Chubb and Ojumedia, Von Miller is close to retirement but still have a solid core Pats: Rookie hidden XF QB an absolute gem with 91 speed, a pretty old team in general so if you want a challenge go for em 😉 Texans: XF Deshaun and Cooks, still have Fuller and some of their core, and a 96 speed corner Avonte Maddox [link] [comments] | ||
| What Madden has been reduced to .... Posted: 27 Apr 2021 03:24 AM PDT In the midst of the Lockdown, I've been getting a good 8 Online head 2 head games in a day the past month. I've been playing madden online since 2008. As of right now this is what it has been reduced to..... The average player has mastered a stretch/sweep run play. No one runs dives, counters, or traps. They've mastered one pass play (a play with corners or deep IN routes). They've mastered one audible if you over commit to any of their said plays. The thing that bothers me is that it gets rewarded. Madden trainer breaks down every type of passing concept (Omaha, smash, flood, levels, drive, Texas etc....) NO ONE RUNS THESE PLAYS .... Do you know the last time I've ever seen anyone run the Spacing concept? NEVER!!! On Defense, my opponent primarily choose Saints, Pat's playbook (giant eyeroll, i wonder where they learned that from) use a quarterback with some wheels, drop back mindlessly 15 steps and wait for someone to get open. People get rewarded for having no sense of pocket presence or knowledge of football concepts smh. On Offense my typical opponent primarily runs a zone. Make pinch and show blitz adjustments in case I run, and will user LB or A Safety. run around like a chicken with their head cut off and rely on hit stick animations to bail them out. My biggest complaint is that this game rewards people who are cheesers .... the only redeeming quality is that if you stop the cheesers and score on them they usually quit early... To respond to git gud people... Abusing the engine isn't indicative of any real skill. Madden offers over 45 playbooks yet people run to the same 3 playbooks.... most playbooks have over 100 plays but people only need to know 4 or 5 and can compete. Its a joke. This ain't about me personally. Its that the community as a whole doesn't care to be a bunch brain dead zombies that just wanna win and get followers on their stupid streams. Competitive madden is even worse. That's the cesspool of unapologetic cheese. Its very rare that I play someone and go "that was a good play I didn't see it coming you were masterful. great play call you exposed a matchup I willingly gave you" Its more like : " lol durrr You know that pass play you just stopped? Ima run it again and see if I can get a better animation " tl;Dr is the madden game ever gonna shift to actual football simulation Edit: People who user linebackers are able to bite on a route, turn around on a dime and lock into an animation or get an interception is awful. Edit: Predicting whether a run is going left right or middle does VERY LITTLE to prevent the cheese run and puts you at a huge disadvantage for pass plays Edit: X factor comes off more Arcade than simulation. However , it is good to know where the impact players are on the field at all times lol [link] [comments] |
