    I'm not saying that the NBA 2k games are perfect, far from this in fact, but it's easily the most complete and enjoying sports game franchise. EA simply don't care about what we've been asking for the past years. Instead of improving the games modes and improve the realism of the game, they put Quavo, DJ Khaled and Lil Yachty in a game mode nobody has been asking for.

    They benefit from having the NFL license so it's the only football game available, meaning that they don't care about selling the same game with a few changes in the gameplay/capture and adding some little abilities,etc. The base of the game have been the same since Madden 17.

    Players have been asking for:

    Career mode We got: Face of the franchise-> 2 hours of college gameplay and then basic franchise mode

    A REAL Franchise mode We got: Madden 19 and earlier franchise mode with a new background but with a few basic written scenarios that just ain't good.

    And I won't even talk about ultimate team, the ultimate pay to win where if you don't grind 24h/day or paying you can't do shit.

    This being said, let's just imagine how a Madden NFL 2k would be based with what we're getting with NBA 2k:

    Realism

    A REAL career mode

    Create a team

    A developed franchise mode that translate the reality of a GM or a HC in the NFL

    Not the same commentary we got since Madden 17 (I mean sometimes, it's literally the same audio file from the last 4 years, EA is laughing at us at this point)

    Real crowd effect

    Simply a great football game visually and gameplay wise

    It would be like the 7 on 7 mini game from madden 09 or Madden Arcade. This would go a long way to separate it from other game modes.

    XFL is successful > 2k already has rights to WWE games > Vince McMahon gives 2k rights to make XFL game > 2k gets shot to make a great football game that does the things we have been begging madden to do for years > even if game is bad, madden has competition > both franchises are in constant competition for years to come, with the games only getting better each year as a result.

    Rules:

    8 Minute Quarters All-Madden SIM Difficulty Fantasy Draft 48 - 72 hr Advance

    Discord is used for communication

    Streaming not required until playoffs but is recommended. Video must be provided for complaints and makes league more fun.

    Each team also gets +1 dev to any player who is not a superstar and 1 player to superstar dev trait.

    GAMEPLAY:

    1. Offensive and defensive plays and formations must be switched up. Plays can be called multiple times throughout a game but don't run them over and over again or more than 3 times in a drive.

    2. 4TH DOWN: If you are at your own 40 and beyond, and it is 4th & 2 or less, you may go for it anytime If you are on your own 1-30, you must punt on 4th down unless down by 3+ scores (17+). Allowed anytime in the 4th quarter while trailing. Fake FGs and Punts are only allowed once per game EACH. You may fake punt or fake FG ANYTIME and ANYWHERE on the field during the game, but you can use only them once each in a game.

    3. No more than 1 Start vs CPU unless you can prove the game froze or glitches. Otherwise Fair Sim.

    4. No rage quitting! Quitters will be booted from the league.

    5. Chew clock is not permitted until the 4th Quarter, unless agreed on by both players

    6. Do not spam/abuse no huddle. Teams should not be using no huddle all the time in the first half. Feel free to use no huddle when you're down or need to preserve the clock but do not spam it throughout the game.

    7. Custom Playbooks are allowed

    8. No nanos, cheese, AI abuse at all. No tolerance here.

    9. If opponent is breaking the rules message them first. then get a clip of the rule being broken before leaving game. otherwise restart or fair sim.

    10. QB instasprints are not allowed unless evading an overload blitz.

    11. 3 rushers minimum with at least 2 being linemen at all times.

    12. No DLine in coverage unless play design calls for it.

    13. Onside kicks allowed when losing by 2+ scores under 4 minutes OR losing by 4+ scores at beginning of 2nd half.

    14. No scum kicking.

    15. Do not win by over 35+ points. no running up the score OR stat padding. Take your W and get it over with. Also sportsmanship goes both ways. Don't elongate the game when it is clearly out of reach.

    ROSTER:

    1. No CPU trades

    2. No releasing players to sign them cheaper

    3. All trades must be approved by the trade committee!

    4. DB's cannot be moved to LB.

    5. WR's with 84 speed or higher cannot be moved to TE

    6. The following positions changes will be allowed:

    OLine to OLine

    DLine to DLine

    MLB to OLB, vice versa

    OLBs to DE, vice versa

    FS to SS, vice versa

    HB in FB slot is not allowed

    No DBs in Sub LB position

    TRADING:

    Trade committee rulings will take franchise impact into account

    1. 3 player for player/draft pick trades a season; draft pick for draft picks are unlimited - Trades reset after offseason FA and before Draft

    2. Minimum of four (4) total draft picks in each draft, and a max of twelve (12) per team

    Max of three 1st rd picks per team per year

    1. Players selected for Dev upgrades are not eligible for trades.

      RULE BREAKING:

    (Commish reserves the right to bypass 1 & 2)

    1st offense - Warning

    2nd offense - Force loss following week

    3rd offense - Booted from league

    I'm new to the Madden franchise, and football in general. I just finished watching my first ever football season.

    I've been playing this game for a good few months, and I'm looking for a new challenge. Ive watched tutorials on how to do Hot Routes, how to best select your plays, doing audibles, play actions, defensive uhhh i don't know what it's called when you tell the D-line to pinch or spread and the LBs to zone-all or blitz, and I can user pretty good. But it's all in Rookie.

    I play strictly offline franchise mode.

    I've been playing on Rookie Skill Level and I've gotten to the point where the games are almost too easy, to the point where it's not even fun anymore and I just sim. I tried raising my Skill Level to Pro and tried playing a game, and I just got my ass handed to me.

    What do I do?
