EA, Tom Brady won 9 AFC championships not 7

Love the attention to detail EA gives us in these hype trailers

Did you know clicking R3 sends the nearest defender after the QB?

    Posted: 13 Aug 2020 09:40 AM PDT

This has changed everything, as soon as they roll out i hit r3 and put the pressure on.

Ive played madden for like 20 years and barely found this out.

    Evolve Madden

    Posted: 13 Aug 2020 10:23 PM PDT

Don't just Fix madden franchise... completely reboot it. Build it from the ground up. They added real player motion and cleaned it up in 21 but seems like they just copy/pasted it this year. THAT CAN'T HAPPEN ON NEXT GEN. Like 2K they should continuously add player exclusive animations and build on the foundation they've set with it. Add player personalities.. in 2k players have personalities. Russell Westbrook has his signature firecracker attitude and LBJ acts like LBJ.

I could go on and on but I want to get to my biggest point.

They have to ditch frostbite or atleast implement a physics engine of some kind into madden. Having real player motion but not real time physics is a bit counter intuitive. Thats why so many animations get warped when playing. RPM is trying to do one thing but the animation based gameplay interrups that and it causes awkward warping and just bad gameplay in general.

One last thing is player models. For the love of God update those models EA.

    Madden Mugshots

Never seen anything like this before, my defense should’ve been on the field, but the offense was, and other way around for Seattle. Anyone had this glitch before?

Why do 99 speed qbs move so damn slow in the pocket

    Posted: 13 Aug 2020 07:36 PM PDT

So recently i started a michael vick franchise mode and he has 99 speed yet he still gets caught by 345lb linemen and it really just pisses my off

This is what the FIFA franchise players get (interactive match simulation, new development, new training, transfer depth, etc...)

Am I allowed to be excited for The Yard?

    Posted: 13 Aug 2020 10:13 AM PDT

I want franchise changes as bad as the next person. Playing MyLeague on 2K obviously makes you see so many things Madden could add to franchise to make it elite, but I enjoyed Superstar KO and The Yard looks like it has potential to be even better.

Different scores. Not the worst thing but it’s annoying that a game that makes the money this game does can’t do simple things like this

Willing to pay for a top 2000 person to coach me

    Posted: 14 Aug 2020 02:00 AM PDT

I'm so tired of being shit at this game. I love football but I can never enjoy myself because I'm so bad at this game.

I'm 34-51 on online head to head. Can't enjoy MUT bc I can't figure out how to beat anyone.

Show me the credentials, play me once and run up 50 on me, then name your price for coaching.

Tired of BS interceptions, like the players play a game of volleyball and then the AI picks the ball. Happens too often.

A successful Franchise Mode may be considered unprofitable

    Posted: 13 Aug 2020 05:43 AM PDT

I'm sure most of you have thought about this, I believe one of the core reasons madden has not seen a franchise fix is that EA execs may believe it would cut into their yearly sales.

The early franchise maddens we received before 2010 are still enjoyable now - you have a never-ending game where you can play out your fantasy team for a long-ass time. Many within EA likely view this as a detriment to their yearly profit model - if I'm happy playing a game where I have a never-ending franchise, I'm less inclined to purchase the newer model. I think at some point they probably ran the numbers, saw this, and decided to shift to the MUT profit model instead.

I think madden needs to realize the following:

    1. If you were to incorporate franchise modes that were cross-madden compatible you could incentivize the franchise players to keep buying new maddens. Although I'm happy with my never-ending franchise, wouldn't it be cool to continue it in a newer model with additional features?
    2. By neglecting franchise you have slowly eroded your incredibly loyal madden fan base
    3. MUT is a short-term profit model. Franchise is what keeps people coming back.
