    It bugs me so bad that the players uniforms look nothing like how they really wear them.

    Ever since Nike took over, the uniforms have all gotten tighter and smaller along with the the shoulder pads.

    Of course, Madden hasn't evolved with this.

    I don't much care for the look of the uniforms these days with the pants looking more like bike shorts being worn way above the knees mostly but it's asinine to me that Madden doesn't at least try to make things look authentic.

    The customization and gear in the game is just piss poor in general.

    CFM Personal Draft Board W/ Ratings!

    Hey guys,

    I wanted to create an in depth draft board for myself to update throughout a connected franchise season so I have all of my rookie stories noted and all of the stats as closely estimated as possible so I can have the best possible draft in my CFM. I compiled all of the research I have found on the internet to compose this excel file for you guys to use! Its pretty simple. just fill in the sheet as directed and it will spit out estimated stats for the players and you can sort it anyway you see fit!

    speed hb with 500 yards in each nati game and atleast 5 touchdowns in each but have 65 speed in the nfl....

    So I wanted to make a mega dual threat qb figured I'd go big arm then speed back. But somehow my super fast hb who literally blew by the defense for multiple 50+ yard td runs switchs to QB and has 65 speed. This games ass.

    Tldr at bottom

    At the beginning of the game, we are a former hockey player having a go at football. We meet Tommy, quarterback and team leader of your high school team. This isn't possible because Tommy is a punk ass bitch with a heart defect. Then all of a sudden, we're the starting qb, ok. This goes all the way to when you are in the NFL. Now, when you get drafted, you never hear or see Tommy again. At the end of your nfl career, you are inducted into the hall of fame with Tommy, who supposedly had an amazing NFL career. Bullshit. He is in your head the whole game to push you mentally and physically to achieve your life goal of being the greatest NFL player ever. With this in the open, I dont have much time as EA will surely hunt me down. Dont let the truth die.

    Tldr - Tommy is an imaginary person who pushes you to become the best nfl player possible. Its all in your head.

    Hey guys i was just wondering if Madden 21 was worth getting right now or if i should stick to M20. I mainly play franchise or player franchise, not too much online stuff.

    I heard that gameplay feels better in some regards and playcalling AI has improved, although knowing madden this probably changed already. In any case what do you guts think i should do?

    15 teams in an online franchise and after slugging it out all year we have two teams left in the Super Bowl. With 1 minute left the guy down 15 quits out and the game doesn't count. Of course we can force the win and advance to the offseason but a quit ...In the super bowl ? Any thoughts ?

    Few ideas for face of the franchise/Franchise mode

    I was thinking if madden made face of the franchise like 2k career mode and make it more open with different options. 4 part series of idea. Doing part 1 and 2 tonight. 3 and 4 tommrow. Read everything and let me know your thoughts.

    High school (part 1 of 4) I was thinking for thr next madden you start as a freshmen in high school and make a name for yourself starting as JV and working your way up and depends on high good you do freshman year coach might involve you and send you with the team to different camps over the summer and breaks like winter and spring breaks. Positions for offense are WR, TE, QB, and RB and for denfese pretty much anything. Starting at a 50-60 overall and grinding to get to 90 overall with a cap at 75 in high school. You have the option to make yourself from a 1-5 star recruit and leading your high school to the state title. More features for high school are below

    1. Make own highlight reel and send them to coach's.
    2. Espn 300 to see where you stack up against everyone in the country
    3. Message coachs at schools you inserted in and visit with coachs
    4. Camps with different driils and scrimmages while coachs and college scouts are watching.
    5. Daily practice with diffrent drills and workouts to gain overall
    6. Signing day where ESPN broadcast where the top players committing too

    College/pre Draft and Draft(part 2 of 4) So for college you depend on high good you did in high school you might get the starting job or maybe have to work your way up from a bench warmer. College have practices which influence on do you play on Saturday and sit on the bench while trying to get to a higher overall. Also practices could teach you formations and plays so you get a real feel on what it like in college same thing with pro. More sugggestions below for college.

    1. summer Practice which you get to build team chem and get ready for the season
    2. A system on depending how you play you rise or fall in the depth chart
    3. How the ability to transfer school if eligible
    4. Decide on one year then pro or wait till you graduate
    5. View your draft stock to see if you going first round or middle to late rounds
    6. Combine focus on more individual drills.
    7. Make more colleges instead power house D1 like some underdogs school or other d1 conferences like American athletic, Sunbelt and mountains west conferences.

    Tired of my qb constantly throwing the ball over my receivers head even on wide open passes which results in an incompletion or an interception which is almost always returned for a td because my dumb fucking receiver walks around instead of engaging the ball carrier. Tired of the spam plays that work no matter what, can't stop runs up the middle, constant qb fumbling, hit stick tackles are fucking useless now etc etc. Fuck this game. I more than gave this pile of shit a fair shake and it's consistent shit.

    How to make the QB a ball carrier behind the LOS

    Sometimes when i try to do a high pass, my QB tucks the ball in and becomes a runner. It use to be L2 on M20 but it's not that anymore. How do you do it now?

    Beating Conservative Option Setting on Defense

    I only play in Sim-style Madden leagues, so not really looking for any glitchy or "meta" solutions.

    I'm curious if there's any way to actually involve a mobile QB on options if the defense sets the "Option Defense" to "Conservative"? Whenever I use Russ/Lamar/Kyler, it seems like read options or RPO reads are useless because the end ALWAYS stays on the QB. I understand this is what a real team would try to do and that it means one less RB defender, but it seems unrealistic because it means that you can literally never keep on an option.

    Is there any way to use options against this setting, or does it just automatically take QB keeps away all game?
