| Forced to retire after 8 seasons Posted: 04 Apr 2021 05:30 PM PDT After 8 seasons, two MVPs, 1 SB win, and 1 SB loss with the Jags, I decided to part ways and test free agency. I reached 99 ovr halfway through year 3. I put the whole team on my back with my highest ovr receiver being an 82 and DJ Chark retiring, and lead them to 2 Super Bowl appearances while taking 55+ sacks per year. NOBODY offered me a contract, not even the Jags. This game is so DAMN frustrating man. Big waste of time. Edit: Chark didn't retire, the Jags just let him walk. [link] [comments] | ||

Contract discussions have come up, and they are giving me a 7 year, almost 200 mil contract. I don't want that kind of money because, one- it's not like money even matters because you can't even spend it, and two- I don't want the cap space to be depleted because we need more talent on offense.
