    I just want some variety, different people depending on when game is played, or some on field commentators too. Change up the lines and when certain things are said.

    Casual Madden player

    So ive never played a Madden game before , im kinda interested in the gameplay

    Im more of a Mycareer type of player instead of ultimate team or play online.

    Should i buy the game or not? Its 70 euros so i dont wanna waste that money if the game isnt fun for a casual player

    We have an opening in a long-running Madden lg with a core group of players that have been playing together since Madden 15.

    Constantly overthrowing balls since update?

    My favorite play with the Panthers is a wheel route where I can often get CMC open. The problem is that unless I roll out and throw a bullet pass I can't complete a pass. If I throw any other type of pass or am in the pocket, it will overthrow the pass by about 10 yards.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Dallas cowboys uniforms

    You would think that at some point EA would fix the uniform issue when playing with the cowboys. Anyone else have problem in franchise when not checking uniforms both teams will come out in dark some times. I know the cowboys where opposite of most teams in real life. White at home dark away. Is there away to fix this without having to check before every game?

    Breakout superstar question

    I am playing CFM with a bunch of friends on all-pro. We are currently in year 4 of our franchise league and it gets pretty heated and intense, especially in the playoffs in head to head games. In talking to the other players, I just found out that all of the other players in the league have had at least one breakout player event, where one one of their players has to get certain stats in the next game and if they do they become an Xfactor. A guy playing the Giants has had 2 breakouts this year alone—one with a rookie WR and the other with LB Lorenzo Carter and both became Xfactors. In the four years we have been playing I have not had one breakout player opportunity while the other users have had multiple. I didn't even know that this existed. I use the Patriots and both Brady and Edelman have retired so I could use an Xfactor on offense. How do I unlock a breakout player? Is there a way to get this to trigger?

    I searched and could not find much info on this topic. So that is why I posted. Thanks for the help.

    John Ross may be my favorite Madden player

    John Ross is a boss in Madden. I needed a WR3 for my Vikings and he's super easy to trade for. He's my primary kick returner, too. Already returned 2 for scores with him and I love sending him on double moves and streaks. He torches guys. Just had his breakout game too where I had to get him 2 TDs or 100 yards. Got him both lol

    New Xbox Sim League? Using current rosters and real draft classes for 2020, 2021 and 2022

    I'm looking to start a user league on Xbox.

    It would feature real current rosters, and use of 2020, 2021 and 2022 draft classes. Downloaded from madden share, slight adjustments made to make it more realistic but for the most part, if it's a good college player your scouting will be what is expected.

    Realism for how many hidden dev prospects, ~10% per class (40-50 hidden dev per class; 2-3 XFactor, 10-15 superstar, 25-30 stars)

    No players over 78 OVR. Majority are in 65-70 OVR range.

    As far as the league; it would mostly be a SIM league vs. CPU with PLAY for User v. User games, playoffs and Super Bowl.

    Anyone who joins gets up to 3 free dev upgrades (Max to Superstar, 1 per player, teams with 7 or more superstar/xfactor combined only get 2)

    Anyone who stays for a whole season gets a free upgrade to XFactor for 1 player!

    Open discussion for those joining for further rule decisions, haven't picked a platform for organizing/discussion yet.

    A few questions for new M20 purchaser

    Bought the game and have basically one night on it. A few questions or observations:

    1. Is there any specific type of running play that works well on all madden? I cant get much going ever
    2. Any HB screen plays that work on all madden? I can't even get my halfback out from behind the line before the pressure is there?
    3. What playbooks are best for shotgun, downfield, pistol, etc?
    4. Are there any tips or secrets for franchise mode or rookie scouting? Or just the same as last year?
    5. The user pass rush seems incredibly slow this year, do I need certain moves or players or is that just how it is at all madden?
    6. Should I turn fumbles down? I usually never mess with any sliders cuz I want to win as it is standard settings, but it seems like if I don't go conservative coaching adjustments I am getting 4-5 fumbles per game (and not just QB, mostly HB). I can just do the conservative style and it improves, but then you get no moves at all?

    Do you guys go for realism with the salary cap on or do you like to turn it off and go wild?

    This is just for my general curiosity. I want to see how many prefer to act like a GM and play with it on and then who likes to have it off and sign anyone they want. To be honest, I've played with salary cap off ever since I started playing Madden like 15 years ago. But I was 12 then so I didn't understand it all and I just never played it a different way. What do you guys prefer and/or recommend?
