Receiver depth chart problem

Only my top 3 receivers get playing time, they are always subbed out for backup tight ends and running backs. Why is that? I have 5 or 6 receivers on my depth chart, it's almost like they don't exist. Also, I've checked and they're not injured

Madden League of Adults, Madden 21. Powered by DaddyLeagues & Discord. This is a Fantasy-Sim League

We are currently in the 5th year under this name, and another Madden League of Legends (MLOL). We've been going since Madden 15 seems so long ago. We use Discord for communications and Daddyleague for stats and other stuff. We have advances every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 10PM EST. We are currently week 16 of season 2. We'll advance Thursday at 10PM EST.

We're looking for people to fill the shoes of the Bucs and Vikings coach who will compete, play their games, have fun, respect each other, not be an overall asshole, and can follow the bylaws of the league. If you rage quit or of that kind MUT player who breaks rules consistently, we will boot and ban.

Please read the MLoA Bylaws/Rules

They will be updated during that initial week of playing and making sure, nothing is cheesed or just outright broken.

With defenses now pretty much useless regardless of what team I play against, the game is now who gets the extra possession based on clock management or go for 2 on your last score. I've resorted to chewing clock the whole game hoping to take up an entire half, giving me more possessions than my opponent.

i have 2 xf cb and a ss cb i put 1 step ahead on 2 of them but it wont give me option to put on gillmore any suggestions or can he not get it ?
