| Posted: 09 Dec 2020 01:05 PM PST Played a franchise yesterday and decided to import the draft bengal 2021 draft class. "What could possibly go wrong" I told myself. I left the current injuries option, as I was hoping for realism. It was a wise move to rebuild the hapless Jets (Why would I take that on is another question). So the first season finishes, I'm sitting there with the first overall pick of the draft and I decide to look at the trade offers for the first pick... Smart move, right? I know that Lawrence, Fields, Lance, and Wilson are all going to be available in the first round! Get some more draft capital to fill in other needs. This is where the Madden GM AI just went fucking nuts. The only offer for the first pick is from Miami. They are offering two firsts and a second. I think, you know, this is semi-plausible for real life as far as trade value, not necessarily the team, so I take it. The fucking Dolphins take Lawrence. Okay, awesome, Tua and Lawrence... smart... that'll work out. Whatever, not that big of a deal, it's just Madden. The second team in the draft is the Bengals and with Burrow out all year (remember I kept injuries as is), they decide to take Fields. This is where I start to get pissed off. The Bengals took Burrow 1 overall last year... Why are they taking Fields at 2 this year? This makes no sense. Fast forward to after the draft. I go look at the Bengals roster, just to get myself more irritated. Low and behold, what did the Bengals do in free agency? THEY SIGNED 78 YEAR OLD PHILLIP RIVERS. Oh, okay, now their roster has Burrow, Fields, Rivers, and Finley. Perfect. It gets more wild. I import a 2022 class for the following season. At this point, I don't even care about the Jets, I just want to know what the fucking Bengals do. Sim all the way to the draft... Guess who has the first pick? THE BENGALS! Guess Burrow or Fields didn't help. Do I even have to type what happened next? First overall to the Bengals... QB Sam Howell. So now, this roster, in three years drafted Burrow at 1, Fields at 2, and Howell at 1. What the fuck, Madden? What the flying fuck is fucking wrong with you and your stupid fucking video game? | Offline Franchise Crashing After Every Game Posted: 09 Dec 2020 04:36 PM PST In the past few weeks I noticed that whenever I would actually play a game in my offline franchise mode that the game would crash at the end of every game in the load screen after I hit Finish Game. I thought maybe it was a corrupted save file so I made a new save and it still continues to happen. Was this an update that screwed everything up? I don't know if it's happening to anyone else but it is every time for me and i'm surprised I don't see it being mentioned more. The game is unplayable! [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 09 Dec 2020 06:15 PM PST So I'm trying to play my Ea Access Trial for the Ps5 version of Madden 21 . I've managed to get it downloaded and can get into the loading screens and accept the you have (x) hours (x) minutes remaining . However once I do that all I get is the servers are down in order to play the trial you must connect to the servers . No mode single or multi player can be selected . Granted I guess this trial answer whether or not I should buy it ... If anyone can help I'd be grateful [link] [comments] | ||

| Throwing after breaking the sack Posted: 10 Dec 2020 01:06 AM PST I don't know if anyone else has this problem but this happens to me all the damn time. So a player comes and tries to sack me and I get that animation where they spin away from it or just break the sack in general but like for the next 3 seconds after it he won't throw the ball despite me trying to and someone else will just come sack me anyways. Does this happen to anyone else or am I just doing something wrong that's preventing me from being able to throw it? [link] [comments] | ||
