    It seems like every year Madden gets further away from what it's Franchise fans want to see in their favorite game mode. Here's some suggestions I would make to EA and Madden:

    1. Revamp the scouting system-Remember back when you had to scout individual statistics and depending on how many scouting points you spent on a specific skill you would get more or less information? (i.e. spending scouting points to go from ? to B? to 87 For a specific trait) Well now we are blessed with a simple 3 best trait system where it's super simple and unrealistic, not to mention the countless times I've seen a 1st round projected player to be 4th, 5th, 6th and sometimes undrafted in terms of true talent. FIX THIS!!!!

    2.) Coaching- It seems as though throughout Madden's Franchise mode, it doesn't matter how many 99 overall players you stack onto a roster, if you don't have the meta playbooks, you won't win in simulation. Clearly coaching can drastically affect a players development just as the right scheme brings out the best of a player. Madden needs to add offensive, defensive, and even special teams coordinators that offer a more realistic experience. Because let's face it: PIT offense is not ran by Mike Tomlin just as the SF defense wasn't ran by Kyle Shanahan, but according to Madden, they are. This would also add a more dynamic role for someone if they choose to become an owner rather than a coach

    3.) Trading-Why is it that I can trade a used napkin and bag of Doritos for Ali Marpet, Joel Bitonio, Zack Martin, Quenton Nelson among other superstar interior offensive lineman, while It is virtually impossible to trade for a good, but not great cornerback in Donte Jackson or Denzel Ward? And although it's unrealistic for someone like Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson, in NBA2K I can trade for Steph Curry or Kawhi Leonard if I have what the Warriors or the Clippers are looking for, should that be picks or players with high upside. Speaking of NBA2K, why is it that they allow users to trade 5+ items in one trade while Madden players have been allowed only 3 items? And why do computer teams never trade with each other?

    1. Simulation- Adding on to the playbooks, they control EVERYTHING in simulation! Players like Cam Newton, Nick Foles, Mitch Trubisky, Nick Mullens, Jameis Winston or even one time Brian Hoyer are the MVP front runners every season, while if I simulate a season with Patrick Mahomes or Aaron Rodgers, they hardly crack the top 10. It's also frustrating that only slot receivers put up numbers, and backup running backs hoard rushing touchdowns, stunting your starting running back's development. Why does it makes sense for middle linebackers with 100 tackles and 5 sacks to win DPOY even in a season where Von Miller posted 24.5 sacks? And why do the good teams In real life never produce winning records while the jags, Jets, and WFT are the juggernauts of the NFL?

    2. Contracts-Its super infuriating having to let my 80 edge rusher leave in free agency because I don't want to pay him 17 million a year. Why is restructuring contracts not a thing in the Madden universe, while in real life restructuring a contract helps balance funds year to year in order to resign key players. Why does a player's needs for financial security matter while someone who wants to play close to home, or for a super bowl contender not matter?

    3. Morale-While winning and individual stats DO contribute to a players morale, more important thing do not. In MLB The Show, a players morale is affected by their individual stats, the team's record, their contract, the level of coaching on the team, how close they are from their home, or their significance to the team (I.e. Lesean McCoy would have a lower morale than Ronald Jones because McCoy doesn't start). Madden could learn a thing or two from MLB The Show or NBA2K

    4. Physics/Gameplay- Why do tipped balls go 1,000,000 feet in the air, and what's up with the glitch of a player juggling a football for an infinite amount of time as they continue running on the field, refusing to catch the ball? Why do my receivers make contested catches, but right before the touch the ground to secure that catch, the drop it for unknown reasons? Why do qb's such as Gardner Minshew, Jameis Winston, and Colin Kaepernick torch my defense for 500 yards and 4 TDs while Patrick Mahomes throws 3+ interceptions against me? Why does the CPU go 23/25 with the 2 incompletions being throwaways, but with a clean pocket and no pressure, my qb makes crazy inaccurate throws? This is only the BEGINNING of the unrealistic gameplay I experience on a game-to-game basis

    Since Madden collects its $60 from every user after purchasing the game, and many streamers and YouTubers spend $1000s on MUT, Franchise guys get thrown to the side and are undervalued and unappreciated. Since EA owns the licensing to the NFL for a "simulation" game, other companies aren't allowed to make a simulation game, which means EA and Madden don't have to try because there is no competition. Madden has a LOT of issues, but even if only one of these issues I listed were fixed or tuned, it would greatly impact the game for the players that spend hundreds of hours over the course of one year trying to emulate a what-if world where they become the Head Coach of their favorite team, or they become the greatest owner of all time, helping turn around a horrid franchise (I'm looking at you Jets, Lions, and most recently the Texans).

    TL;DR Madden sucks and there's too many reasons why

    Why is it that when I throw a deep ball on a streak, man coverage, it's an interception like 70% of the time? I mean, incomplete no problem. Tipped ball, fine. But I've stopped throwing it even when my receiver has like 3 steps on the defender because it somehow never works out.

    What is the point of the RAC, Possession and Aggressive catch features?

    Every time I press the X, Y or A button it ends up being an interception, No. Matter. What. It feels like when I try and make a play and press the Y button to make an aggressive catch, it ends up picked in the most ridiculous fashion. It feels like I am forcing the AI to pick off my own passes. Does this happen to anyone else and is there any way to fix this, or does the game just fucking broken?

    League Overview

    - Season 4 (S55 overall)

    What do we offer?

    Authenticity: Many leagues have copied our material over the years, but there is only one NEFL. Our rulebook has been created and tweaked over seven Madden cycles, so we know what works in the Sim community, and we know what's a ploy for "sim" leagues to micromanage owners. Our ultimate goal on the field is to encourage realistic gameplay, and emphasize "football" over "Madden" strategy. We keep an updated list throughout the year of the game's exploits, and our Competition Committee works to eradicate any instances of owners trying to game the system.

    Consistency: We have been around since January 2014 on the PS4, and have steadily grown and evolved every year since. We also have an established schedule that has been modified and improved over time to maximize efficiency.

    History and Tradition: We created the NEFL History Book, which includes owner career records, as well as all league finishes/playoff results/awards/etc. since Season XIV. We also utilize Google Drive for various league documents, such as our Owner Roster, the NEFL Top 100 and the yearly Madden Statbook.
