Madden has been helping me get in shape the last two weeks!

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 08:57 AM PDT

    I think I'm actually done.

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 01:01 PM PDT

I'm tired of Madden being the same game going on, what?, 5 or 6 years now? Cut scenes havent changed. Franchise hasn't changed, gameplay mechanics regress, I could go on all day....I think I will.

I'm tired or my recievers dropping wide open, uncontested passes. Passes right to their hands and it just bounces off. Meanwhile the computers players catch literally everything even remotely close to them.

I'm tired of AI QBs, no matter the overall rating, be god like. Constantly completing 80%+ and often times having what seems like an infinite amount of time to sit in the pocket while their line holds blocks for an eternity. My 90+ overall DE getting completely held in check by 72 overall linemen. Im tired of my QB randomly just air mailing a pass to the moon while sitting unpressured in the pocket.

I'm tired of having injured players complain that I'm not using them enough.

I'm tired of the same script of dialogue in those text messages.

I'm tired of Franchise going completely untouched time and time again, while we as a community CONTINUALLY voice our displeasure.

I'm tired of AI WRs and RBs breaking tackles all day and ALWAYS falling forward. Always juking and spinning around the field. I juke once and Jamaal Adams comes screaming across the field at mach 12 and hitsticks me and I fumble.

I'm tired of the same off-season, literally the exact same, for YEARS now. The same watered down "scouting". The same ability to hire scouts instead of of coordinators. The complete lack if an actual coaching skill tree. And what limited coach progression we have has been the same for years.

I'm tired of the relocation teams, stadiums, uniforms, and available names to be completely ignored and left the same.

I'm tired of having modes that not a single person asked for, I'm looking at you Superstar KO, while the actual issues of the game goes ignored.

The same cheese plays every year.

The same animation driven sequences that do nothing but lead way to glitches and bugs, and a RB warping and bending through a gang tackle and then sprinting to the end zone.

I'm tired of EA releasing features and advertising them as new, when they were literally features of past games they took out.

Im tired of Devs in the EA play event saying "we hear your feedback, and we are acting on it". They literally said that during this recent event. And then go on to show us a Madden trailer that looks the exact same as it has, advertising features that are already in the game.

I'm so done. I honestly think this is it. This is the year, the first year since I can remember that I'm bailing on Madden.

Nice auto generated rookie madden almost as if he hasn’t been around before

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 08:59 PM PDT

So not one team in my franchise mode signed Mahomes or Watson...

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 11:19 AM PDT

The people who make the auto generated draft classes need to communicate with the regular NFL Czars. The fake players are so different from real players

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 05:05 PM PDT

Look I wanna be like everyone else and use those random classes. Some weird shit can happen if you keep using custom classes. I'll always load a custom class for 2020 but then it's all random after.

Let's first start with equipment. Offensive and defensive linemen never wear gloves. That's disgusting. Nobody has any swag, there's no Allen Iverson sleeves, they choose lame jersey numbers, and have small dicks. Their profile pictures are extremely different from their actual faces.

The two most awful positions are QB and tight end. I'm not with the shits you see on this sub "LOOK AT THIS TOTALLY RANDOM QB WITH 108 SPD AND A FUNNY NAME" I know that shit ain't real.

There's been a lot of discussion about whether or not Colin Kaepernick can find a place in the NFL. In 2017 he would've been a great pickup for any team looking for a bridge QB. So pretty much the Texans, Browns or Bears. That didn't happen, and now it's been 3 years. The first word I think of is rust. Does he still have the same velocity? Can he still run as fast? Is he thicc enough? He has a high metabolism, and had some injuries/surgeries similar to Andrew Luck and Cam Newton.

With all that being said, you'd be better off with current Kaepernick as your franchise QB than any of the complete virgins in these QB classes. Just no throw power and only 1 or 2 of them can run faster than a fucking 35 year old punter. They mostly have fast throwing motions and are pretty good when used by CPU, but yeah. Needle dick bitches.

I don't want this to be too long, but the tight ends are all worthless. Just no use in the blocking game, no speed, and can't catch corona virus in China.

The OL could have higher strength but we all know that doesn't matter. The WRs are usually thicc possesion guys. You could just sign AJ Green or some shit.

The DTs are often faster than the DEs. There's no Montez Sweats, Shaquem Griffins, Leonard Floyd's, nothing. The ILBs are soft. I want my linebackers to eat with their hands, not with silverware.

There's some pretty good DB's most of the time, but DBs are a dime a dozen.

No versatility in any of the players, they can only play one position

Did I mention that all these fake players have little dicks?

Contracts in this game are ridiculous. 59 OVR DeShone Kizer wants a $59 million deal.

an idea I have if madden would ever listen to its fans

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 07:17 PM PDT

I personally think that franchise should have part of the stadium freeroam instead of that menu they reuse every year. Maybe you could interact with the players and coaches, go to your locker to change your appearance, find a clipboard to see your depth chart, a training room, etc. I feel like it would make it less repetitive and more immersive. They should also add more reactions to different plays and unique things that happen in the game instead of the reused commentsry.

Am I the only one that misses Qb stances

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 07:11 PM PDT

It was a subtle thing but I miss the Qb stances from madden 18 it was one of those little things that made you feel more unique as a player. It gets kinda boring using Qb's who all stand the besides Darnold Carr and Goff who stand different yes a few Qb's have their unique animations but I for one miss having a unique stance. I can't be the only person who misses it

Best offensive lineman I’ve ever drafted

This defense is nasty. Also Xfactor Kenneth Murray and Chris Harris Jr are injured. This is also in an online franchise.

What kind of option run play is this?

    Posted: 21 Jun 2020 01:01 AM PDT

What kind of option run play is this?

Newbie Q: What play is this?

It's in the skills trainer in the Option tutorial in the section on run plays. QB & RB run right, and if the DE attacks the QB he can pitch the ball to the RB. Doesn't seem like the standard "Read Option" plays work like this. Is it a shovel? Am I just looking in the wrong playbook? Thanks!

    3-4 odd cover 3

    Posted: 21 Jun 2020 12:56 AM PDT

My opponent in connected franchise plays this defense. Out routes good right? Nope. SOMEHOW is OLB always runs straight for the out route. I play spread formation and the OLB doesn't ever bump into my slot guy. He ALWAYS goes straight to the out route. How does he do it? What adjustment? I've tried in practice mode but it doesn't matter if it's hard or cloud flat, the OLB always bumps first and the out route is open. Anyone know how to do this?

My receiver kept dropping the ball, I had to punt then they just kept scoring, and I ended up losing like 42-14. They just scored a touchdown every time I’d punt them the ball....
