    New Scenarios I would like to see added to franchise.

    Here's just a few scenarios that I think would give the franchise mode some real life and make things more interesting. Also I don't think it would be too difficult to add these in to their existing framework.

    Revenge game team: If you are playing a team you lost to in the playoffs the prior season.

    Revenge game coach: Playing a coaches former team.

    Revenge game player: Playing a team one of your players was on the prior season.

    Rival game: Playing one of your rivals.

    Win and you're in: Win this game and you make the playoffs.

    Superbowl/playoff hangover: teams that made the Super Bowl or playoffs the season before must play well early in the season or they will get a small regression.

    Record breaking game: If one of your players or coaches are on the verge of breaking a season or career record.

    Stop the interceptions/fumbles: If a player has a couple game stretch of multiple turn overs, you will need to play better or you will loose a dev or regress.

    Stop the drops: WR/TE/RB have a couple game stretch of dropping balls. Keep the drops low or loose a dev or regress.

    Stop the sacks: Your Oline needs to keep the sacks low or they will lose a dev or regress.

    Stop the Opposing offense: You defense is having a bad stretch of games where the opposing team puts up a lot of yards/points. Could be split into rush yards and pass yards. If you don't, defensive players regress.

    QB switch: If a QB is playing badly (losses+turnovers+sacks), if will give you an option to replace the started with his backup and if the backup plays well, he will get a dev upgrade and stat boost. Incumbent regresses.

    WR/RB switch: if your Wr or Rb has a sting of bad games with a low average run or catch, you can bench them and promote another player and if he does well, he can get a boost or dev upgrade.

    Contract year (season long): Player is in his last year of his contract. If he plays well, he will get a boost in stats.

    Position battles (Preseason): 2 similarly rated players will battle it out for the starter job during preseason. Winner gets a small stat boost.

    Contract dispute (season long): Player who has been out playing their contract, will demand a new contract at the end of the season if they play above average.

    Late round and Undrafted rookie (season long): late round and undrafted prospects thrust into starting jobs get a stat boost if they play above average.

    Request trade: if a player is riding the bench or has been demoted, they can request to be traded.

    End of the season cuts: You have to choose if you want to cut a player who has been under performing.

    Let me know your thoughts and if you have any other ideas for other scenarios.

    Historical Draft Class Creations

    I started a love child project today where I plan on working backwards to create every rookie draft class in the most current ratings draft class creation format. This way you could take something like the Madden 2008 roster and import the next years draft class all the way up until the current year. Does anyone know if anyone else has already done this?     The Most Offensive Part of the Franchise Update Notes

    I think the most offensive part of the franchise update notes they gave us last week was the ability to customize superstar abilities. That means that, if people didn't get upset, we wouldn't have been able to change our player's superstar abilities in Madden 21. So many people have complained not only in Youtube videos but directly to EA about that feature. The fact that something as basic as that wouldn't have been in the base game is absolutely frustrating and honestly inconceivable.

    The problem with M21s AI updates

    Most of it is good. But heres a few concerns:

    • Will the chiefs in 2040 play the same as the 2020 chiefs? CPU teams in franchise keep the same playbooks for some reason, so they would play the same.....

    • Will hired coaches have different schemes from the previous coach? If Andy Reid retires, then the next coach shouldn't manage his team the same way as him.

    • Will schemes change according to coaching changes? If a team changes schemes to 3-4, then will their playbook reflect that?

    • Will there be new coaches besides Matt Hedrick, Demetrius Turner, etc?

    • Will CPU teams get breakout scenarios too? They need to be able to develop their players as well as User teams.

    First off I know it'll never happen because ea sucks. What if madden had a Euro League fantasy franchise, with a bunch of generated or created teams scattering Europe. They could set it up similar to the NFL franchise it probably wouldn't be that hard.
