    Kaep is overrated; EA cares more about PR moves than fixing their game.

    I understand that the madden community has wanted Colin Kaepernick to return to the game for the last few years now, and I'm glad that the game developers have finally decided to listen. But that being said he does not deserve a 81 rating. Somehow a player who hasn't been in the league since '17 has a better overall than the following: Josh Allen (77), Kyler Murray (77), Cam Newton (78), Baker Mayfield (78), Derek Carr (79), Ryan Tannehill (80). At least these players have proven to be capable starters and signal callers on the NFL level, while Kaepernick was literally run out of a job and benched after performing so abysmal his last season as a starter. So when I see headlines that say " 'Madden' does what NFL teams refuse to do - bring back Kaepernick", I can't help but think how this is suck a rich PR move. I don't discount what he stands for, I think he's taking utilization of his platform, but that being said he does not deserve to have hyperinflated stats just because of his status in the activist community. For a game that claims that it is realistic, while actually pushing a arcade style gameplay, this is not a very realistic move. And the part of the reason why Colin Kaepernick has remained unsigned thus far is that he's not a capable NFL starter and nobody wants to admit that. I think Kaepernick as a person is a good person but I am not a fan of the move to include him with such a inflated stat line that he becomes 'MVP' every year in sim... especially when he hasn't even proven to be able to be a low tier starter in the NFL for a prolonged period of time.

    So I bought Madden 21 about a week ago and have had no issues until today. I just booted it up and its telling me I'm playing on the trial and that its only available for a limited time and I need to upgrade to the full version? Anyone else getting this?

    EA should change their slogan from "It's in the game."

    Lets take a look at a few things we are missing from the game.

    • Refs on the field
    • Cheerleaders and Mascots
    • The Medical Tent
    • Chain Gang moving up and down the field and showing the proper down
    • Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams coaches
    • Team Traditions: such as the Lambeau Leap (wouldn't it make sense to press up after you score a touchdown to do the Lambeau leap instead of dancing or "swagger), Seattle Raising the 12th man flag before a game, the Patriots muskets, The Denver Broncos Mascot Gallop and Salute... the list goes on
    • Home crowds: Pittsburgh Steelers 'Terrible Towel, the Browns Dawg Pound, the Raiders Blackhole
    • Skycam should be on the field and a camera view from it.

    There are so many things they can add but they literally give us the same game each and every year.

    Since EA owns the rights for simulation football, they should try to include an authentic experience.

    Please feel free to add some more things that they are missing from the game.
