Posted: 28 Jun 2021 03:30 PM PDT People complaining on random online forums & this subreddit about things they want in the game instead of on EA's feedback forum is like ppl who complain about politicians & their policies without actually voting. Even worse, buying the same game year after year & complaining that the company (who's there to make as much money as possible) doesn't change their practices when consumer decisions don't change is like giving the politicians you disagree with campaign contributions. Buying madden every year & complaining that it's the same game as last year is like thinking the stripper loves you, & wondering why she didn't go home with you. Even worse, swearing you'll never buy another madden again when EA is finally putting effort into fixing franchise is like the stripper finally giving you her number, & being so butthurt she rejected you before you don't call her. It's self sabotage, like tf. Thems my opinions & they're controversial. Y'all strange on here. There aren't any other NFL licensed sims on the market, I get it. Doesn't mean you're the victim when you buy the same game every year. Plenty of other good games out there to spend your time w that don't come w blockbuster prices. [link] [comments] | ||

| Madden should become a Seasonal Game like Fortnite or Madden Mobile Posted: 28 Jun 2021 12:28 PM PDT I'm curious what everyone thinks about this idea. Madden has seriously been lacking in innovation over the past decade with each title only adding in slivers of new features, a roster update, a new scoreboard, and a new color scheme. That's it. Price for new games has increased to $70 as well for Next Gen games. Is it really justifiable to the consumers to pay $70 for basically a major update to a game? No. The seasons idea fits Madden much better, as it allows the team to work on bigger and more innovative features over a period of time while being able to polish the previously released game. This would help manage fan expectations and probably boost sales. At the start of a new season, Madden can release the new version or "Season" of the game, containing new face scans, rookies, maybe a new feature, and lots of updates and charge $30-40. I have a $1,700 Gaming PC that beats the new generation of consoles on speed and graphics but yet you want to treat PC gamers like crap. I will not be buying the game or buying a new Xbox or PS5 when I have a PC that completely out performs them. Oh and btw the zones are still broken, receiver and defensive back catch animations are broken and just like madden 18, 19, 20, and 21 the mid and deep post especially while rolling out is a guaranteed catch for TE. Just thought you should know. And if you are a true simulation NFL game developer then get rid of Superstar KO and anything else that's made for arcade gamers or let another developer be the NFL authentic game developer. From what I played on beta not much has changed so what you added things from NCAA games from 7-10 years ago it's not enough.
