    Here me out. The draft prospects having auto-generated names isn't horrible. Sometimes they have duplicate names and we've occasionally seen the same first name as last name.

    However, could we not have the commentators go into the studio and record 1000 or so generic names so that when "Michael Johnson" or "David Washington" get a sack, INT, TD, etc. the commentators actually say their names rather than nothing at all.

    It's 2021 for craps sake.

    Is it just me or does every team only have 1-2 players injured all season? Moving the slider doesn't effect the sim at all.

    Hey I'm trying to create a running list of what people realistically hope to see in franchise over the next couple years. I just want to see what things thing the franchise community wants to see implemented and hopefully we can get EA to pay attention to this type of thing since normally they're franchise updates are taken right from community lists (custom draft classes, playable pro bowl, league history tab).

    I'll start with some of my big ones that really need to be added soon or else I might lose my mind.

    • The most basic request and the simplest to add is really just a quality of life thing that bugs me quite a bit, just add force ties to the game. They already have the ability to force a win for either team so just let me ensure a tie if i want to, it's really quite basic.

    • Another quality of life thing I want is the ability to pick multiple teams in franchise. This is technically already possible but its a big time waster and unnecessarily complicated. Just let me pick as many teams as I want at the start it's so frustrating and stupid.

    • The final 3 are big selling point features that need to be added in my opinion. I'll start with the coaching carousel which I believe we're about to get. It's really self explanatory but just add coordinators at minimum and just pretty much copy paste from ncaa. This idea has been thoroughly stressed by pretty much every franchise wishlist so you know what I'm talking about.

    • The second thing is a complete overhaul to scouting. The system right now is stupid repetitive boring and basic. I really just leave it on auto cause it doesn't matter. I've seen some pretty cool concepts on YouTube that use regional scouts like MLB The Show and give you a complete report on strengths, weaknesses, projections, news, and player comparisons that I think would be really cool to add to the game and make every prospect feel unique hopefully.

    • The final thing might be the one I personally want the most which is a reimagining of transactions. The first part of this is completely redoing the way contracts work. I want the ability to personally decide how much a player makes through salary and bonus for each year of a contract to accurately manage cap the way an actual GM would. The second part is implementing a variety of the different transaction types. Restricted free agency has to be a thing by now and it's really annoying that it doesn't exist in madden. The contract thing i mentioned earlier would also pair well with contract restructuring which could be added as a new tab in the re-sign players phase. Another thing that could be added is waivers which is a pretty basic idea but part of the nfl so why not add it. The final one is a bit more bold but the nfl comp pick formula is now public and since it is an exact formula that only requires data that madden does have access to I feel like compensation picks could be added to the game just to add a touch of realism.

    I was playing ncaa 13 as Texas once, and I recruited a OLB with 99 acceleration. And so I was wonder, what's the fastest random generated MLB or OLB any of you have drafted or seen drafted from any madden? (Also, has to be from a randomly generated computer class. No custom made draft classes).

    i was playing qb for the panthers and beat the saints in week 7. i usually quickly skip the ending and when i don't i'm not paying attention to it. but i didn't skip this time and was looking at my phone. when i looked up i saw brees entering the tunnel and then similar to how he was when he lost in the divisional round looking back at the field.(he was alone without any other teammates around him when he did it) is this a common thing for the opposing qb after a lose to do?
