    Many stats in this game literally don't do anything and just serve as placebos.

    How many stiff arms have you seen this year? Unless the player has the ability, it literally doesn't work despite the players rating.

    Man/Zone coverage on linebackers makes no difference without abilities. The only stat that defines a coverage linebacker in Madden is speed. All linebackers get beat by the same routes. On the same note, these route running stats on running backs literally do nothing either, because they all run the routes the same.

    Another good example is pass blocking on RBs. If you double team the DT and identify an Elite D-end on the side of your RB, even the worst blocking RBs will successfully cut block the D-end. This stat literally means nothing it just depends on what animation you roll.

    Outside of thresholds and physical stats, most stats in this game are underwhelming or don't have a practical use in your average online game. No starting QB in this game is inaccurate, and there is nod difference even with elite accuracy QBs. This is made even worse with abilities overriding stats where lesser players will player better than others with higher stats.

    From the first week of scouting to the draft, I scouted EVERYBODY from the 1st round to the middle of the 4th and some 5-7th rounders. Had my entire draft board filled with draft steals (projected 3rd through 7th rounders with first round talent. Draft night finally hits, after a long season of grinding, and there I find out that literally all of my draft board besides a 2nd round FS and a 3rd round CB had "unscouted" themselves. Left me with 1 good player, and me blindly picking players who are going to be busts. God this game is ass.

    - Fixed issues with trade logic and fixed an issue where the User Team Overall would appear lower than it should be

    - Increased the salary cap to 220m for 2021, and increased the year-by-year cap increases Note: This is to help increase CPU Free Agent signings in the Offseason

    - Updated over 100 contracts, including all signed rookie contracts - Updated all other transactions as of 5/31

    PLAYBOOK OVERHAUL

    -Completely rebuilt every single teams offensive playbook based on real 2020 data usage of their formations and personnel packages.

    -Replaced the default under 100 play selection for the AI on 1st down/2nd down and Redzone to include all 380+ players per book.

    -Replaced the default under 50 play selection for the AI on 3rd Long/Med to include all shotgun pass plays with draw/screen mixed in. -These changes will also impact the gameplan playcall selection for the user as well
