    (I am purely a franchise player) I've seen a lot of people hating on the beta but I genuinely don't get it the gameplay feels just smoother than madden 21 next gen (tough not to be the game felt like it was played in molasses) and I've enjoyed a ton of the new animations, the scenario engine has some fun new things with it like a new retirement scenario that feels more realistic (players ratings going down when the team isn't performing well cause now that player lacks motivation) theirs a fun scenario where the game mentions a college prospect and says you should check him out cause he has a certain attribute that's great (great hands, great speed, etc) also the cut scenes add a little bit of immersion. Regression feels nicely improved. The Skill Trees are in depth (a coaching carousel is a badly needed thing for Madden 23 though). And the momentum system is something Madden has needed for a while I got down by 21 to Seattle in their house and their was just no coming back they were suffocating me which is how it should feel. Plus the scouting system is guaranteed to be better than what we've had the last 6-7 years. I realize EA has fucked us for years but I do feel this game is a great step for franchise. Maybe I'm alone just figured I'd share a different opinion.

    Friendly reminder that EA has the rights to use ESPN presentation but doesn't use it.

    NBA Live 19 uses ESPN presentation but of course Madden does not use it.

    Could you imagine if you could play a Monday Night Football game with actual Monday Night Football presentation. Probably will never happen.

    So i rolled left and my running back was like right in front of me and for what ever reason i decided to throw him the ball but to my amazement my qb just sorta did the 1 handed push pass aka the bret favre shovel pass. I have played madden every year since 1990 and iv never seen this. Is this new to madden 21 next gen or what madden was this added?

    Sorry if this post is redundant or has been asked before, but other than EA laziness (which I'm sure is the entire reason that franchise mode is so bad), is there any sort of copyrights, trademarks, literally anything at all preventing them from having a 2K style franchise mode? As in, trading draft picks during the draft, computer offers for your picks, Find a Trade ala 2K, etc. etc. Does the manufacturer of 2K hold some sort "rights" to this? I played my first season of franchise in Madden for the first time in years, got to the draft (played around with trades to get the first pick) and was FLOORED at the lack of things to do. Then the clock ran out while I was trying to figure out what I could do for trades, basically searching for something that wasn't there. I quit right after that and deleted the game from my hard drive lol

    What are some good suggestions for a franchise rebuild? My friend and I like to do CPU vs CPU sims and play franchise. The game by itself is pretty easy. What are some fun rules and/or settings that could make the game more entertaining?
